Statista research firm released a report calling staggering revenue growth of social networking sites LinkedIn beyond Apple, Facebook, and Google in 2011.
LinkedIn as a social networking site for professionals experienced significant annual growth. In fact, last year's achievement of its business in the beat-class technology companies, like Apple, Facebook, Amazon, and Google.
In infographics issued by Statista, LinkedIn revenue in the quarter rose 105% from 4-2011 to 4-2010 quarter. While Apple only rose 73%, the gaming company Zynga rose 59%, up 55%, 47% of Netflix, Amazon 35%, Google 25%, Samsung 13%, and Microsoft 5%.
While the annual revenue (fiscal year) in 2011 compared with 2010, LinkedIn recorded a 115% increase, Zynga 91%, up 88%, Apple 68%, 48% of Netflix. As for the Amazon rose 41%, 29% Google, Microsoft 8%, and the Samsung 7%.
However, the report does not describe formally nominal value of each company's revenue.
