Lenovo is known as a manufacturer of computer, trying his luck in the television business. Lenovo has just introduced a smart TV 55 inch with Lenovo name K91, which will use the Android operating system 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
K91 was introduced by Lenovo in the International Consumer Electronics Show 2012 in Las Vegas, 10 to January 13, 2012. K91 will be a TV first to adopt the Android operating system.
This TV will use the interface that is able to handle the UI Sandwich features video on demand, Internet applications and regular TV programs. As for specifics, K91 IPS screen has 1080 pixels, dual-core Snapdragon processor 1.5 GHz, 1 GB RAM, and is also equipped with a 5 MP camera that will support the technology of facial recognition and motion sensors.
Lenovo claims, which makes other than another K91, is the voice control feature that enables TV is ruled by the voice.
Reportedly, the K91 will first be marketed in China by the end of first quarter of 2012, after which it will be marketed globally.
At CES, Lenovo is also introducing several new products, namely tablets IdeaTab S2 whose designs are similar to Asus Prime Transformer is equipped with a hardware keyboard dock. In addition, there is also a smartphone that runs S2 uses the Android operating system. Unfortunately, Lenovo does not provide pricing information leaked three products.
Lenovo also intend to create a Personal Cloud services, both free and paid.
