Increase Performance iPad 3 and a MacBook, Apple acquisition Chip Company from Israel.

Giant gadgets, Apple, known will acquire the Israeli startup company, Anobit. The value of this business transaction, if happens, would amount to 400-500 million U.S. dollars.

Anobit is a hardware company that focuses on improving the performance of flash drives. Chip flash drives have previously been planted in all the Apple gadgets like the iPhone, iPad and MacBook Air.

While the middle of negotiations with Apple, Anobit dikeahui also seeking a major grant from Asian companies. As we all know, Apple's competitors in Asia are from South Korea's Samsung and HTC from Taiwan.
