Google boss Go Taiwan for Android Tablet

Chairman of Google, Eric Schmidt, will come to Taiwan to promote Android. Dated 9 November 2011 visit was also scheduled to bring Schmidt with five top technology vendors there.

Although only come for a day, Eric is scheduled to meet with officials of grade one in HTC, Acer, Asustek Computer, Quanta Computer and Compal Electronics. Men who had visited Indonesia in July 2011 that allegedly came to Taiwan in order to maintain good relations with vendors.

One of the important agenda of Google's top brass is keeping enthusiasm towards Android tablet vendors. Later, the enthusiasm was slightly weakened by competition from the Apple iPad.

So far, not many tablet makers who plan to bring the Android-based tablet 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. One is Acer Acer Tab A200 prepares to support the Android Ice Cream Sandwich in early 2012.

In addition to Acer, a vendor who was ready to bring support for Android 4.0 that is HTC. A total of eight handsets HTC certainly will get the official update to the Ice Cream Sandwich.
