Apple Asked to Open "Source Code" to Samsung

 

Samsung and Apple continues clashed in court in various countries. One of them, Australia, Samsung is pushing for iPhone sales 4S stopped.

One of the decisions the judge Annabelle Bennett is the Samsung firmware should examine the constituent codes are used on one chip the iPhone 4S. This is to determine whether there has been a violation of patent / copyright or not.

According TheVerge, Apple began to hand over the code's author on November 10, 2011. An expert software had time to observe and examine the code to Sunday (13.11.2011).

One thing that was tough is precisely the problem with Apple's contract local operators. Apple refused to submit all contract documents being perceived as being confidential.

On the other hand, Samsung insist otherwise. According to Samsung, Apple is suspected there insistence on operators in Australia to give greater subsidies to the iPhone.

The trial to determine whether sales of the iPhone 4S in Australia need to be blocked while will begin on 15 November 2011 local time.
